Name, email, phone number, mailing address, property preferences, budget, timeline, transaction-related details, and any messages or documents you submit through forms, valuations, tour requests, or direct communication with an agent.

Information Collected Automatically

IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, time on page, and similar analytics data collected via cookies and standard web logs.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store payment card numbers or bank account information through this website. Financial and closing-related transactions are handled through the Brokerage, title, and escrow using their own secure systems.

• Respond to inquiries, tour requests, and valuation requests.
• Match you with a licensed agent and provide real estate services.
• Send property alerts, market updates, and newsletters you have opted in to.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not rent, trade, or provide your contact information to third-party marketers.

When Information Is Disclosed

Your information may be disclosed only in these limited situations:

• Between the Platform, the Team, and the Brokerage to deliver services and fulfill supervisory obligations.
• Service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics, CRM, e-signature, MLS/IDX providers) acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Email Communications

When you submit a form or request information, you may receive follow-up email from an agent and, if you opt in, ongoing newsletters or market updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not currently send SMS/text marketing messages. If that ever changes, we will obtain the express written consent required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) before sending any marketing text messages.
